  • Automatic double side front and back self adhesive labelling machine for bottles is designed to handle a wide range of self-adhesive labelling applications with high speed and accuracy. The labeling machine comes with single, twin or tri-labelling head configuration, enabling it to handle front, front and back labels, as well as multi-panel and even full wrap labels for a wide range of container materials and shapes.
  • Two label dispensers operate independently for one-sided labeling or operate simultaneously for two-sided labeling, which allows for different sizes of label application on both sides. An optional wrap station is offered for partial wrap or full wrap labels as well as tamper evident or top labels.
  • Front and back labeling machine is equipped with an automatic chain aligner for product orientation, ensuring correct positioning of the containers before the label is applied.
  • The container position is adjusted by the spring loaded motorized chain tensioner before it moves under the head gripper where it is released. The head gripper is mounted on a vertical stainless steel spindle system for easy adjustment when needed. Additional features include stainless steel construction and anodized components, world famous electronic components, servo motor drive, powered assist web take up, PLC control and user friendly HMI.
  • The self-adhesive labeling equipment is suitable for the surface labeling of the square, flat and round bottles, which is widely used for applying labels on packaging of medicine, household chemicals, foodstuff, and so on.
